2. Pricing and Payment
Domestic Orders: Prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price for the products as listed on the day of purchase. For orders shipped within India, payment in INR is accepted only. Prices are inclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST, as applicable.
If international credit cards are used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your credit card provider’s policy.

3. International Orders
Payments for international orders are accepted through the PayPal gateway—either via your PayPal account or by using international credit/debit cards. For orders shipped outside India, payment will be accepted only in US Dollars (USD). Applicable currency conversion rates will apply according to prevailing exchange rates on the day of order placement.
Prices for international orders will include shipping, handling charges, taxes, etc., as applicable in the country of delivery.
For international orders above the value of INR 2 lakhs, you must provide your PAN Card or Form 60 as per applicable laws. Cards issued in India or by Indian banks will not be accepted for international orders.
Any additional import duties, customs, or taxes levied in the destination country shall be borne by the customer. These charges are subject to change and will be applicable at the time of delivery.

4. PAN Card Terms and Conditions
For purchases above Rs. 2 lakhs, a PAN card must be provided when placing the order in the manner specified by Arnica Spices. Failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order.
For all domestic shipments where the order value exceeds Rs. 2 lakhs, the customer must enter and verify the PAN card. Only upon successful verification will the order proceed to payment. The billing name must match the PAN card; otherwise, verification will fail, and the order cannot proceed.

5. Shipping Destination
In India, we currently deliver to selected cities. Please check if delivery is available to your PIN Code on the checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we apologize for the inconvenience.
We also offer international shipping to Gulf countries, the USA, UK, Singapore, Australia, and other international destinations.

6. Delivery Schedule
Domestic Orders: A tentative delivery date/time will be shared along with your order confirmation email. The exact delivery date will be provided once your order is ready for dispatch. Registered users can also track their order status via the “Track Order” page.
Express Delivery is available for select PIN Codes in major cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru) for select products. Orders placed by 2 PM are eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered in T+2 days. If the delivery timeline falls on a public holiday or Sunday, delivery will be extended by one additional day.
For all other PIN Codes, delivery timelines are typically 5–7 working days for domestic orders.
Note: Customers must provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery—such as a Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport. Delivery is not guaranteed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
International Orders: Please allow 8–10 weeks for delivery. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or import processes.
