1. Order Processing & Shipping Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receiving successful payment.
Standard Domestic Delivery: 5–7 working days.
Express Delivery (Select Cities): Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for express processing and are typically delivered within a 48-hour window (T+2 days). (Please note: We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid securely via our Razorpay payment gateway.)

3. Delivery Address Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate, complete, and includes the correct PIN code to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. A valid government-issued photo identification may be required by the courier at the time of delivery.
4. International Shipping We offer international shipping to select destinations, including Gulf countries, the USA, the UK, Singapore, and Australia. Please allow 8–10 weeks for international delivery. Any additional import duties, customs charges, or local taxes levied in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and will apply at the time of delivery.
5. Tracking Information Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
